How can I book tickets and what are the costs?
You can book tickets online 24/7, and over the telephone during Box Office opening hours. No additional booking fees are added. Each ticket has the booking fee of £1 included in the cost displayed.
How do I find performance information, dates, times and costs for a show?
On the ‘What’s On’ page you will see all performance listed, select your performance and for all the information click ‘see more’
How do I select a concession ticket when booking online?
After choosing your seats and confirming your selection your chosen seats will be displayed, select the down arrow to choose the relevant ticket type and add to the cart.
Do I need to book a ticket for my baby?
Tickets are required for children 24 months plus. Under 24 months do not require a ticket. Please note that buggies and prams are not permitted in the auditorium but can be safely stored in the theatre foyer.
Can children attend unaccompanied?
All children under the age of 12 years need to be accompanied by an adult.
Can tickets be reserved to be paid for on arrival?
Tickets need to be paid for in advance. However, the Box Office may be able to reserve tickets for you for a short period if, for example, you are arranging a group booking.
Can I return my ticket?
We are unable to give a refund unless a performance is cancelled.
Should a performance be sold out and you are unable to attend then we will be happy to attempt to resell your ticket.
I’ve made an order and selected the print at home delivery method. How do I find/print my ticket?
Shortly after placing your order you will receive an email notification, this will have your E-tickets displayed. You can download to your apple or google wallet. If you wish to print select ‘Download your tickets’ Click on the link and a pdf file will be displayed to print your tickets.
Why is my e-ticket not appearing/printing correctly?
To view and print your tickets you need to have the most up-to-date version of Adobe Reader. This can be downloaded for free from Adobe’s website. Please either download your ticket to your phone to view or bring a printed version of your e-ticket to the performance. Contact the Box Office on (01732 304241) if you have further difficulties.
What happens if I leave my tickets at home?
If you provide booking details, the Box Office will be able to locate your tickets for you and re-print.
What happens if I am late for a performance?
In most cases, we can admit latecomers, although we may ask you to wait until a suitable break in the performance. Please be aware that if you cannot be admitted due to lateness, we are unable to give any refunds, exchanges or credit vouchers.
How do I purchase gift vouchers?
Gift vouchers can be purchased online or via the Box Office on 01732 30241.
I have a gift voucher or credit note. How can I redeem this?
If you have a voucher or credit note you can redeem this online or over the telephone using the unique code on the voucher. Vouchers and credit notes can now be redeemed online against interval drinks and food orders as well as tickets, at the point of purchase.
Online you are only able to use your voucher or credit note if it either equals or exceeds the amount of your purchase.
Do you accept national and other theatre tokens?
We do not accept national and other theatre tokens. There are significant costs associated with these schemes and we are not able to participate at present.
How do I purchase wheelchair seats?
To purchase wheelchair tickets, you are required to contact the Box Office on 01732 304241. Our auditorium can accommodate two wheelchairs.
Do you make Personal Assistant (Carer) tickets available?
Please contact the Box Office on 01732 304241, we will be happy to arrange Personal Assistant tickets.
I do not need a wheelchair, but I have mobility issues. How accessible is the auditorium?
Our auditorium is raked from Row B. If you have mobility issues, we would suggest that you book Row H which is the same level as the foyer or row A of the circle, there is a lift to access the circle and disabled toilets on both floors.
Do you have a Hearing Loop?
Yes, we have an infra-red hearing system – please make yourself known to the Front of House team who will be able to assist you. Please note the hearing loop works best in the Stalls row D-K. It does not work in the Circle or in row B & C or L & M in the stalls.
Do you allow Guide and Assistance Dogs?
Yes, we do. Please make yourself known to our Front of House team who will assist you. We are not able to allow dogs that are not either Guide Dogs or Assistance Dogs into our foyer area.
Is there disabled parking?
Blue Badge parking is accessed from The London Road, these are on a first come first serve basis. Please display your blue badge. Alternative additional disabled parking is available in the Quad Car Park. Please see the Visit Page for maps to direct you.
What are the opening hours for your bar?
The bar opens 45 minutes before performances in the theatre and closes after the interval.
Can I pre-order interval drinks?
You can now book interval drinks & snacks at the same time as booking your tickets online, or from the bar when you arrive for the show. Collection for interval orders will be clearly signposted in the theatre bar. We are a cashless venue and accept card payments only.
What food & drink is available to purchase?
Customers can purchase wine, prosecco, beers, gin and tonic and soft drinks. Freshly ground coffee is available as well as tea. Crisps, sweets and snacks can be purchased, as well as a range of delicious Criterion ice creams at some performances. Please note we are a cashless venue and accept card payments only.
Do you have baby changing facilities?
Baby changing facilities can be found in the foyer disabled toilets.
Is there somewhere I can leave my bicycle?
We have designated bike stands located out the front of the building.
